Welcome to Elite AEO Labs (“Elite AEO Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Overview of Services
Elite AEO Labs provides AI visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services, including but not limited to:
- Technical and schema optimization
- Authority citation development
- AI-optimized content strategy and creation
- Digital PR and media distribution
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Ongoing monitoring and strategic adjustments
All services are customized based on the selected service tier and the Client’s market conditions.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, AI citations, traffic levels, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.
2. Engagement Structure
Engagements include:
- A one-time onboarding/setup fee
- A recurring monthly service retainer
Services begin once payment is received and onboarding has commenced.
3. Payment Terms
Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
Invoices are issued following consultation and written agreement.
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Cancellation Policy
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis.
Clients may cancel with 30 days written notice submitted via email.
The initial setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding and implementation work has begun.
Monthly retainers are non-refundable and are not prorated once a billing cycle has started.
5. No Performance Guarantees
Due to the evolving and third-party-controlled nature of AI systems, search engines, and digital platforms:
- No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
- No rankings, placements, or citations are promised.
- No revenue or case volume guarantees are made.
All strategies are implemented based on current best practices and available data.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Grant necessary access to digital properties
- Respond to requests in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and advertising regulations
Delays in communication or access may impact implementation timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
Client retains ownership of their brand, website, and business assets.
Elite AEO Labs retains ownership of its proprietary systems, methodologies, frameworks, and internal processes.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for Client become Client property unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite AEO Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from services rendered.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding non-public business information shared during the engagement.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued engagement of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
